At Desiiara, we are committed to delivering your favorite artificial jewellery safely and on time. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below:


1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship PAN India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your pin code, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 may apply (shown at checkout).


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • An email or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details.

  • You can track your package using the link provided in the message.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at skaur4910@gmail.com.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery addresses.


7. Delivery Attempt and Address Issues

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If undelivered due to incorrect address, phone number, or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping can be arranged at an additional shipping cost.


8. Packaging

All orders are packed with care using protective materials to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition.


9. Damaged or Tampered Delivery

If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with:

  1. Please do not accept the delivery.

  2. Take clear photos of the outer package and contact us immediately at skaur4910@gmail.com.

  3. We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution.
